As well as teaching Mellow Mums classes, I also teach Relax Kids classes as I believe it is important for all members of the family to learn some relaxation tools to help manage difficult situations and improve their well being.
Two classes are available for children....
- Themed Adventures with Relax Kids for children aged 5 to 7-9*
- Chill Skills Club for children aged 7-9 to 11-13.*
* Age suggestions are a guide and depend on the preferences of the individual child.
