You deserve some 'Me' time!

I have a date for my first Mellow Mums Relaxation Class!!!

If you are local (to Fleet in Hampshire) come and enjoy a wonderfully evening putting yourself first and learn some great relaxation techniques to benefit all the family.

The class includes some relaxation advice and tips, stretching, breathing, self massage and ends with a fabulous guided deep relaxation.

Suitable for all ages and abilities!

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, or similar, to sit on.
Please also bring a shawl or blanket and a bottle of water.

Can you think of a more beneficial way to spend an evening?

Happy Sunshine Day!

Make the most of the sunshine, and spend as much time as possible outside in nature. Being in nature is one of the easiest ways to feel more relaxed, especially if you can kick off your shoes and walk barefoot on the grass - even if you are just hanging the washing out, do it barefoot, so you come into direct contact with nature. Try and have your lunch in the garden or if you work near a park, go and sit in the park under a nice shady tree and instantly feel calmer!

Exposure to the sun also helps your body to produce vitamin D. Relaxing in the sun for a brief period of time (just 5 to 10 minutes) a few days per week without sunscreen can help your body create enough vitamin D to ward off a deficiency.

So it's good for the mind, body and soul! Have a happy sunshine day! x

Welcome to Mellow Mums!

Mellow Mums is all about giving Mums loads of tips on how to relax and find that precious 'me' time!

Particularly doing things in tune with Nature - Nature is pretty good and finding the simplest ways to do things, so why try to complicate life - go with the flow!
